Are you downsizing your home, cleaning out your pantry’s & closets, don’t entertain too much anymore, but would love to pass along your items to a good home? Please consider giving to Save Us Now Inc., “Comforts of Home Free Market”.
Every month we are working to help people within the Washington, D.C. communities that are in need of home good items. We partner with many local community organizations that assist individuals to find housing. Then we have those individuals come out to our “Comforts of Home Free Market” and shop freely (we do not sell anything, everything is free) for items they may need for their new home.
Some individuals are women who have moved out of abusive situations into shelters and had to leave behind all of their possessions. Some are families through unforeseen circumstances became homeless and are starting over with new housing. Others are individuals who have faced catastrophes like fires and flooding and have loss everything they owned. Your donations to the “Comforts of Home Free Market” will help these and others get back on their feet. Your donations will be very well received!
